About Multifire Maintenance Services

The business of installing and maintaining essential systems such as fire and safety equipment needs to be carefully coordinated. In such applications there is no room for error. Therefore Multifire’s commitment to ensure the highest quality standards are delivered to our customers has lead us to increasing our investment in an already proven management software.

The Cash4Windows software allows us to monitor all calls and planned preventative maintenance schedules in an efficient manner, when we receive a service call it is vital that the call is dealt with in the shortest possible time, it also allows us to monitor where our engineers are at any given time and allocate the work quickly. Further investment in June of this year now provides the on-call facility giving the engineers full details of the pending job via his PDA. This in turn allows us to provide service & inspection certificates, call-out sheets and other related site work information via email to site or customer without delay. Installing this software and additional modules has enabled the team to solely concentrate on offering its maintenance customers a first class service all times.

Multifire Maintenance Services Ltd are a dedicated team providing a full range of maintenance services from Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting to Extinguishers, all in accordance with the relevant British Standards. We offer a comprehensive emergency call-out facility, 24 hours a day 365 days a year. In addition, our team is happy to provide technical and design services including on-site training. All of our staff undertakes comprehensive training programmes including BFPSA design and maintenance courses.

We are dedicated to operating a Quality System in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001.
