System Mods

Multifire Maintenance Services Ltd are able to offer design, supply, installation and full commissioning of new and existing fire alarm systems. Our engineers are fully trained by the BFPSA to design the best system for you and your property ensuring existing and new systems meet the needs of use and fire officer requirements.

It is our philosophy to propose open or managed protocol systems, enabling you the client to have a flexible, easy maintainable system for the duration of its life (approximately 10yrs).

All of our engineers are fully aware of the Disability Discrimination Act and British Standard requirements in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order which came into effective in October 2006. Our engineers will note any non-compliance issues, which are then discussed and decided upon. All modifications are carried out efficiently with the minimum of disruption to the client.

Modifications range from moving a manual call point or smoke detector, up to completely replacing an existing out of date system. We pride ourselves on the level of service we offer and the range of equipment we are able to provide. As you would expect from a company like ourselves full Risk Assessments and Method Statements are provided prior to any works being carried out.

We are also able to provide our full Health & Safety Policy upon request.
