Emergency Call-outs
Full call-out facilities are available as a preventative maintenance client. We provide all of our sites will a 24hr, 365 days a year emergency call-out facility.
Call Logging
Our site management software (CASH4Windows) handles call logging by forwarding the request to each engineers PDA.
Once the call has come into the office or the emergency line the “docket” is send directly to his device (PDA).
The CASH On-Call Server software can then look up the engineer details to determine how the data is to be sent and in what format (to suit the engineer’s device) – an SMS (“text message”) can be sent to his mobile phone to notify him that he has been assigned a new job. Importantly CASH can check that the job was successfully sent to and received by the engineer’s data device.
At any time, you can view the list of outstanding calls. You can “filter” them, (selecting by call type, date range, engineer, branch) and sort them (by call number, contracted response time, geographic area) and you can have several views in different windows, for example, separate lists of breakdown and preventative calls.
